Ken Pronovici holds the copyright on all of the Cedar Solutions open source software, which is generally released under the GNU General Public License.
The primary focus of development for Cedar Solutions is the Cedar Backup software package, hosted at SourceForge. Cedar Backup is designed to manage system backups for a pool of local and remote machines. Daily, weekly and incremental backups are supported, and data can be written to either CD or DVD.
Ken has also been a Debian GNU/Linux developer since 2003, and continues to actively maintain a number of packages. While Debian users would typically install packages from the official Debian mirrors, pre-release packages and backports are available at cedar-solutions.com. Finally, the software utilities page contains a set of useful utilities that Ken has written over the years. These are variously written in C, Perl, Python, shell, etc.
