Cedar Backup 2.13.1 Released

Cedar Backup v2.13.1 has been released.  This release contains one
bug fix to the DVD writer functionality.

I have been chasing a problem for a while now where growisofs would
refuse to write a new initial session to a DVD that already contained
data.  I thought I had fixed it several times.  It turns out that
growisofs WILL overwrite a disc that contains data -- but just not when
running from cron.  Aaargh!  The solution is to pass -use-the-force-luke=tty,
so growifs ignores its tty check and overwrites the disc anyway.  What 
a pain.
