Support dropped for obsolete Cedar Backup 1.x

With the release of Cedar Backup 2.13.0 and its move to maintenance-only
mode, I am dropping support for the obsolete Cedar Backup 1.x branch.  

The last 1.x release was in January 2005, and I haven't had a request
for a bug fix or enhancement in several years.  Cedar Backup 2.x is
nearly 100% compatible with 1.x, so there's no need to maintain 1.x any
longer.  

I will continue to host the old 1.x releases on cedar-solutions.com,
just in case anyone has a need to get at the code.  However, references
to 1.x will eventually be removed from the website.

If this really bothers someone (unlikely?), let me know.  We might be
able to work something out.
